Explore four working parts of the PrimeFlow architecture: create and assign work, reassign it cleanly, escalate overdue items, and retrieve work-order documents from Slack.
PRIMEFLOW / CREATE WORKER
One work order. Every handoff handled.
A work-order row creates the ClickUp task and OneDrive folder, then announces the handoff in Slack.
BLUEPRINT-BASED DEMO Fictional data. No live accounts connected.

GOOGLE SHEETS > CLICKUP > ONEDRIVE > SLACK
Add the work-order row to start the route.

Duplicate protection, per-work-order locking, and ID-based writeback keep the route consistent.
Autoroute works across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, task platforms, knowledge bases, CRMs, and help desks. The examples below show the kind of outcome we can shape around your stack.

ContextAgentReview
Turn a brief into assigned work
Turn client briefs into structured work inside the task platform your team already uses, with approval before anything is assigned.
EXAMPLE USE CASE
A new onboarding brief becomes a proposed checklist, owners, and due dates in ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Planner.

Find answers across company knowledge
Build an assistant around approved files and pages across your existing knowledge stack, with links back to every source.
EXAMPLE USE CASE
A teammate asks in Slack or Teams and gets an answer grounded in Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, or Notion.

ReadExtractCheck
Turn documents into usable records
Extract and validate details from invoices, forms, or PDFs, then place them in the system where your team manages the work.
EXAMPLE USE CASE
A supplier invoice becomes a reviewed record in Google Sheets, Excel, a CRM, an ERP, or an accounting platform.

RequestRouteTeam
Give every customer message a head start
Classify, summarize, and prepare replies across your email, help desk, or CRM while your team controls what gets sent.

Your tools can be different. We’ll map the systems you already use, the outcome you need, and where your team stays involved.
From one useful automation to a connected business system, the scope starts with what your team needs.
01
Understand the work.
We map your process, tools, and goals to find where automation or AI can make a practical difference.
02
Design the solution.
We shape the workflows, integrations, and AI capabilities around your requirements, with clear rules and review points.
03
Build. Test. Refine.
We test the agreed workflows and exceptions, guide your team through the solution, and plan the next improvements together.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
From a process map to a working system.
01
Discovery & scope
A process map, integration checks, agreed outcomes, and a written scope before the build.
02
Prototype & review
A representative workflow for your team to review, including approvals and exceptions.
03
Testing & launch
Checks for missing data, duplicate events, failed connections, and agreed acceptance criteria.
04
Handover & support
Workflow documentation, team training, and an agreed plan for monitoring, maintenance, and changes.
Your systems. Clear boundaries.
Account ownership
Plan around accounts your business owns and access you can revoke.
Permissions & credentials
Agree the minimum access needed. Use approved authorization and secret storage, never credentials in spreadsheets or public pages.
Human review
Define which actions can run automatically and which require a person to approve them.
Data & AI
Agree which data may reach each provider, retention requirements, source access, and the checks needed before using AI output.
These are design requirements to agree for your project; controls and hosting depend on its scope.
BEFORE WE START
A few practical answers.
How much does a project cost?
Pricing depends on the systems involved, workflow complexity, volume, and support needs. We define a written scope and quote before implementation. Platform subscriptions and usage charges should be identified separately.
How long does it take?
The schedule depends on access to your tools, API limitations, approval steps, and testing. Start with one useful workflow; we agree milestones after reviewing the process.
Do we need to replace our existing tools?
Usually the starting point is the software you already use. We check integration options and explain any limitations before recommending a change.
Can we start small?
Yes. Choose one repetitive handoff, agree what success looks like, and evaluate a pilot before expanding.
What happens if an automation fails?
We define exception handling, alerts, retries, and a manual recovery path as part of the agreed scope. Critical actions should not depend on silent failures.
Who maintains it after launch?
Handover and ongoing support are agreed before launch. We clarify monitoring responsibilities, response expectations, and how future changes are handled.
Will AI send messages or make decisions without approval?
Only if that behavior is explicitly agreed. Workflows can prepare drafts or recommendations and require human approval before an external action.
